MarkleBank Trust Services assesses annual fees for serving as Trustee of Living or Testamentary Trust, for serving as an Agent, and for Personal Investment Management accounts.
Fee schedule is based on the market value of assets under management, as follows (computed and charged quarterly).

Minimum Annual Fee: $800 Agent Fee Under a Custodial Agreement: One-half above rates listed with minimum annual fee of $800. Fiduciary Income Tax Preparation: A fee may be assessed for returns prepared internally or according to the direct charge of the accountant. Termination Fee: Based on time involved, not to exceed one-half the current annual fee. Extraordinary Fees for Services Rendered: $80/hr
