Q. What does it cost to use iBanking?

A. iBanking is free.

Q. I haven’t used iBanking for a while. Is my iBanking account still active?

A. If your iBanking access code is not used for 120 days, your iBanking account will become inactive. An inactive account is automatically taken out of the system.

Q. Can an inactive iBanking account be reinstated?

A. You will need to fill out and submit another iBanking application to add iBanking to your account once the account has been terminated for inactivity.

Q. Why is my transaction not showing up on iBanking?

A. Look under “Current Business Day” on the Transactions drop-down menu for the account. A transaction that was made during the current business day will not show up until the work is processed at the close of business that day.

Q. Why can’t I see all of my accounts on iBanking?

A. You can only see the accounts for which you are listed as an owner, not just a signer. The account must be under your Social Security Number.

Q. I have been locked out of iBanking. How can I get it reset?

A. Call the Customer Service Call Center at (888) 758-3111. The Call Center will verify ownership of the iBanking account. After verification, the Call Center representative will reset your iBanking.

Q. I have been locked out of iBanking, but the Call Center couldn’t reset it for me. Why not?

A. The owner of the iBanking account must make the request to have iBanking reset, even if you are an owner on one of the accounts that shows up on iBanking.

Q. Can a business use iBanking, or is it just for individuals?

A. No, iBanking is just for individuals. Businesses, even DBAs, need to use iBiz to access accounts online.
