When you use iBiz, you save money. Instead of paying regular fees for foreign and domestic wire transfers, iBiz gives you discounts for initiating those transfers online.

Your employees can also benefit with the Employee Direct Deposit Payroll feature. Paychecks can be deposited directly into each employee's account at his/her bank. iBiz allows you to split deposits and make child support and tax payments directly from your iBiz account.

Direct Withdrawal

Maybe your business earns revenue from a regularly scheduled customer fee—iBiz can simplify that process. The direct withdrawal feature transfers funds out of a customer account and deposits them directly into the designated business account.

Direct withdrawal can also work in conjunction with churches. Members can be freed from writing weekly or monthly checks or carrying cash.

Direct withdrawal also helps the church simplify and streamline the record-keeping process. Church members are able to request a set amount to be taken out of their account on a regular basis. If a member would like the amount or frequency to change, s/he simply notifies the church.

Accessibility Control

One of the many unique security features that comes with iBiz is the capability to control access by different users. While you and your accountant may need full access to all the features iBiz has to offer, some employees may need only limited access.

With this security component, each employee has a log-in ID and password, specific to that user. As an employer, you have the ability to allow each user access to exactly what your employees need.
